Hi! My name is Peaches and I am a 1-2 year old female terrier mix. Some people say my face almost looks like an over grown Chihuahua! I am super sweet and I love to be with people. I have a medium energy level and would do just fine with a nice walk each day and maybe a game or two of fetch. I weigh between 35 and 40 pounds, and I stand about 20 -22 inches tall at the shoulder. I behave well on a leash, and am learning some basic manners with my foster family. I am currently residing at Best Friends Fur Ever where I am working on my manners and my socialization skills. I would do best as an only pup, but I do get along exceptionally well with a small selection of other pups. I do ok here at the daycare with the other pups, but I am an alpha type female with a terrier personality, and I don't like it when the other dogs try to tell me what to do. I much prefer to hang out with my handlers and follow them around than I do playing with the other dogs, although on occasion I will play with a dog or two. Most of the pups here at daycare leave me alone since I don't much like being bossed around.....who does? When it comes to people though, I am a super cuddle bug. I like to follow my people around, although I don't get in the way, and there is nothing I like better than a lap to cuddle in.

I am UTD on my vaccines, heart worm negative, spayed, housebroken, and crate trained. I am an incredibly lovable girl, and do ok casually with other dogs, but I would definitely prefer to be an only fur-kid. If you are looking for a girl that would be very devoted to her new family, fairly low key, and a snuggler I may be the girl for you!
